Follow the four simple steps below to order your Bunker model card...

Start : Download our order form. Get a copy of it here. *note* in order to view our order form, you must have Adobe® Acrobat® Reader®.

Once you have your order form downloaded, print it out. Fill in all of your contact information and stats. When you have completed that portion of the form, go to the section on the right hand side of the order form labeled "Steps". This quick tutorial will walk you through the ordering process.

Step 1 : Select the layout you want. The layouts here are marked with a corresponding style number(i.e. 8F, 13B etc. F for front, and B for back ). You will also notice that there are picture placement numbers in each of the boxes where your pictures will be located. These placement numbers are our way of knowing where you want your pictures on the model card. When you mail in your pictures with the order form, you must also label(post-it notes work well) the pictures with the picture placement number corresponding to the box that you want the picture in.

Locate Step 1 on the order form and you will notice that there are 2 blank spaces labeled "front" and "back". Fill in the style number of your choosing in the corresponding space.

*note* Cards dimensions are 5.5in x 8.5in. Please call for pricing changes on odd sizing.

Step 2 : This is the portion of the order form where you select the background color you want on your model card. There is a blank space on the order form next to Step 2. Fill in the space with the appropriate color name.

*note* Colors will vary on printed card. If you would like a color other than what is here please include sample swatch with order. Also font color will be black or white unless otherwise specified.

Step 3: This portion of the order form is where you select the font you would like on your model card. There are several different versions of the fonts. You may choose which ever you like and enter the name of the font just as it appears below, in step 3.

Step 4: You are almost done with your order. Choose the quantity you would like. We print minimum orders of 100 cards. Enter the quantity in the space provided below step 4.

Additional: This is not required and may be included for some agency orders.

Color Proof: If you would like us to mail you a color proof of your model card before we print. This is helpful to check for color of the final print run. This is further addressed in the second page of the order form labeled "Terms and Conditions". Allow additional time to receive cards (Varies depending on postal service).

Glossy Coating: Glossy coating also known as UV coating gives the cards more of a vibrant striking look as well as protecting the card. Coating your cards will cost an additional $15, as indicated on the order form. Allow additional two days to receive order.

Additional Scans: For layouts with more than five pictures. Each additional scan costs $10.

Complete: Add up the cost of the card as well as any "additional" expenses (include 8.25% sales tax if in California), fill out the payment info, read the second page of the order form and sign where appropriate. Include your pictures, both pages of the order form, and payment, place in an envelope and mail to the address below.
